At Hope4Cancer Institute we provide a balanced “full spectrum” nutrition program that takes into account this golden rule; “processed sugars feed cancer cells.” It is vital that our patient’s dietary intake consist mainly of natural fruits, vegetables, beans, grains, fish, salads, natural juices and plenty of alkaline water. Luz works closely with the patients at Hope4Cancer Institute in order to establish a healthy, nutritious eating program. Luz attended I.S.S.S.T.E. in Mexico City. She graduated in 1981 with a degree in Nutrition. Luz Maria is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
