Marcy Jimenez Marcy is responsible for carrying out strategic business plans and policies, and directs and oversees the operations of the organization. Her many years with the Hope4Cancer Institute give her the experience to direct the administrative staff, financial operations and management team. Marcy keeps things running smoothly, addresses all concerns as they arise and provides a caring management that always puts the patient first. Marcy takes the burden of running the business end of the clinic off the doctor's shoulders, so they can concentrate totally on your health care. Marla Manhart As Patient Coordinator, she is the connection between our administration and our clinicians and will interpret and clarify your individualized treatment program, beginning with your admission process. Marla’s expertise in admissions and knowledge in the treatment programs at Hope4Cancer Institute assist her in gathering the necessary information to present to our Doctors for use during your initial telephone consultation and ongoing treatment. This all important information is provided to the doctors and is used for building a factual medical history for each patient so that we may better serve you. Marla’s ongoing commitment to the patients of Hope4Cancer Institute is to make your experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Upon your departure from our facility, Pam, our Follow Up Care Consultant, will review your individualized home program with you, and provide follow up consultation on a regular basis. She will discuss the need for and process components of the home program that will be tailored to your medical needs. Pam will facilitate communication between patients and the doctors at Hope4Cancer Institute.
As Project Director she provides consultation pertaining to the corporate and legal matters at Hope4Cancer Institute. As director of our human resources department, Ana co-ordinates events and oversees employee satisfaction at our facility. She is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. Ana assures employee policies and procedures are in force as established by our management. Ana is instrumental in directing the personnel at Hope4Cancer Institute to a reliable and dedicated approach.
As Systems Director for Hope4Cancer Institute, Terry manages our computer systems and financial operations. Terry has provided new and radically improved techniques to simplify the management of our operating systems. His improvements thereby decrease business and financial situations that could become problematic, and improve the over-all business operations of Hope4Cancer Institute. Terry’s expertise in accounting, financial planning, and technology systems provides support to the growth and success of Hope4Cancer Institute.
Alma possesses excellent skills in communication, both verbal and written, interpersonal relations, documentation, and organization. She develops and maintain rapport between the patients at Hope4Cancer Institute, their families and our staff. As Dr. Tony’s personal assistant, Alma plays a significant role in communicating with patients prior to and during their stay. Alma’s ability to manage patient care at Hope4Cancer Institute is representative of her experience, knowledge, and skill. Alma speaks fluently in Spanish and English. |
