A testicle is an egg shaped gland located inside a pouch of skin called the scrotum. Testicles (each male generally has two) are part of the male reproductive system. The purpose of the testicles is to produce and store sperm and male hormones (testosterone).
What is testicular cancer?
Testicular cancer is a cancerous growth caused by malignant cells that forms in the tissue of one or both testicles. It is most commonly diagnosed in men between the ages of 18 – 40.
